No, there is no fixed cap on the steel & cement basic prices, steel & cement material prices are considered as on the day contract finalisation.
Does KDC charge additional for setback area work in the ground floor?
No, setback & ancillary works in the ground floor is included in KDC scope without any additional cost.
What is the scope of the package cost?
The package cost per Sqft is inclusive of designing, execution of civil, electrical and plumbing works, it also includes the CP and sanitary fixtures in the bathroom and washroom, door, window, staircase railing, parapet walls, underground sump, overhead tank.
Who shall monitor the project?
An exclusive experienced site engineer shall be allocated for the project, the project shall be monitored on daily basis and the DPR shall be shared officially with client on daily basis.
Where all does KDC provide the construction services?
KDC provides its construction services in Bangalore city limits, Bangalore outskirts, Kolar, Malur, Bidadi, Ramanagar, Tumkur, Mysore.
Does KDC provide only design service?
Yes, KDC provides only the architectural, structural & MEP design service if required, anywhere throughout Karnataka.
Do we have to pay additional for Designing Service if we are proceeding for construction with KDC?
No, if KDC takes up entire construction contract then the designing service is provided as a complimentary service.
Will KDC assist the clients in government liaising works?
Yes KDC shall assist the clients in government liaising works to ease the process for the Client.
Can the material specification in the package be customised as per the Client’s requirement?
Yes, the materials can be customised as per the Client’s requirements considering the basic price for the materials as per the package.
Which grade cement is used for plastering and that for concreting?
43 Grade cement is used for the plastering works and 53 Grade cement is used for concreting works.
What is the grade of TMT bar?
Fe550 grade TMT bars are used
What is the depth of excavation considered?
5’0” ft to 6’0” ft is the excavation depth
